Fitness for Event: |
No one should attempt this race without proper training and medical advice. Any runner must retire from the race at once if directed to do so by an event physician. THERE IS A SEVEN HOUR TIME LIMIT. |

Sunday, September 6 between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM at the Hampton Inn, and between 5:00 AM and 5:30 AM on race day. |

Aid cars tour the course continuously. Aid Stations are about every two miles. |

Awards to overall male &: female winners; the first 3 male finishers 0-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+, first 3 female finishers 0-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-49, 50+. T-shirts to all entrants. Medals to all finishers.
